The Mystery of Christmas

The Mystery of Christmas

There is a mystery around Christmas for non-believers and believers alike. It is a story told through divergent clues with no one having all the pieces of the puzzle.

We can look back through the lens of the completed New Testament and see how it all fits together but there is value in once again opening the case files, hearing the eye-witness accounts, reviewing the documents and examining the evidence.

In this Bible study we have entitled “The Mystery of Christmas” we are going to study in detail God’s brilliant and Jesus’ glorious plan to change the world and to change our destiny.

As we do, we will be able to take the puzzle pieces of our lives and see how they fit into God’s grand plan – to love us, save us and change us into the people we were meant to be.

Session Two

The Answer of the Ages (Luke 1:26–38)
In a world filled with uncertainty, distractions, and shifting priorities, the announcement given to Mary in Luke 1:26–38 brings us back to the mission that truly matters. This message by Pastor Jesse Waggoner takes us beneath the surface of the Christmas story to uncover the identity of Jesus—His throne, His promises, and His unending kingdom—and what that means for our lives today.

Just as one historic moment can change a nation, Gabriel’s announcement changed the world. And it invites us into a purpose far bigger than ourselves.

Session Three
The Mystery of Connection | Luke 1:46–55 | Mary’s Song
What truly motivates a life of worship, obedience, and hope?
In this message, we step into Luke 1:46–55 and listen closely to Mary’s song—the Magnificat—often called the first Christmas carol. More than a song, it is a window into a heart that understands how deeply and faithfully God is at work.

Mary reminds us of a powerful truth:
God’s love is always in operation—personally in our lives and globally in His world. Whether you’re feeling overlooked, weary, or searching for renewed purpose this Christmas season, Mary’s song invites you to trust the Giver—even before the gift arrives.

If this message encouraged you, please like, share, and subscribe for more biblical teaching and encouragement.

Let the song continue.
